Great Outcome 12/8/2010

I saw my friend having 2 security cameras outside and in her house. She told me the advantages of having it so I called ADT the next day. They gave me a fair price for it so I decided to sign the contract. I admire the outcome and I like how I can watch my kids play outside while I am inside the house doing my job. Thank you ADT Security! more

Business level exhausted Me! 11/25/2010

The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away. more

I feel secured that my family is safe even if I am at work or out of town because of ADT alarms installed in my house. A friend recommended their company and she was right. They have excellent products and they provide excellent service. more

Our dilemma continues. 11/4/2010

We signed up for an ADT security system due to increased incidents of crime in our Bethesda, Maryland neighborhood. At the time of signing, however, our house was being remodeled, and contractors/laborers were entering and leaving daily. We made only one stipulation to the salesperson: that there would be no monthly monitoring fees until we decided to actually activate the system, at which time we would notify ADT that we had activated. The salesperson agreed. However, we have since been receiving bills for monitoring service that we have not utilized. To date we have been unable to contact the salesperson about this matter, and we have not paid their bills. Our dilemma continues. more
