We can never be sure. 12/2/2010

I decided to call ADT and let them install security cameras outside my house when someone tried to climb onto my backyard. With security cameras working, at least we could see who it maybe. Perhaps a neighbor or someone we know. We can never be sure. We just hope that it never happen again. more

We chose ADT monitored alarm system and even before it was fitted there were issues. On the day of fitting not all the items were in the box, the fitting took several hours longer than advised. When the alarm did go off ADT were of no help at all. They have a fragmented approach to customer service. more

The installer of our home security system came to our apartment 15 minutes early as scheduled. He was very enthusiastic and loves to talk. He gave us information about our system. Good guy! more
