My parents suggested to me the ADT. I thought it was great. It was but only during the first few months. Now, I'm experiencing trouble and it has gotten my nerves!

You have to call ADT now because they are the best in security systems. You have to see it for yourself. Just do not get bothered by the negative comments. It is usually for customers who have their own faults as well. more

I love my newly installed ADT Home Alarm System. The 2 installers arrived on time and impressed on how they worked. I hope that no BIG problem or disaster would come to our home. Thanks! more

rip-off. 11/1/2010

System installed in May,2010. Moved into home 8/2010 - system not working. Many service calls - equip still not working. Now we are waiting on parts. I received a refund after many calls, but without the tax included. Called about the refund for the tax - poorly trained customer service person stated they don't refund the tax, because you used the service. What service? Five months no service, every month they take the charge out of the bank account. Will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. This company is nothing but a rip-off. more

ADT is the way to go 10/28/2010

The equiptment is top of the line. Monitoring stations ensure you're emergency call will always be taken. Installers go thru background checks, as do sales reps It's unlikely they will go out of business as they've been around since 1874. ADT is the way to go! more
