Almost zero service 11/23/2010

I wonder how others are signing up with this low class company. Must be due to the low cost upfront trick that is actually costing you a lot more in the long run. Not only the sales person is disrespectful, their installation and service are just horrible. Avoid at all cost, don't get fooled just because they might appear cheaper up front, if you sign up with them you know most of your money are just going to their advertisement and you will get almost zero service. more

business level has almost exhausted me 11/8/2010

The two years I have been dealing with these people on a personal and business level has almost exhausted me. The different departments do not appear to communicate, so everything must be repeated over and over again. I gave notice on my contract within the first year, but I am stuck for several more yet. They reach a level that takes your breath away. more

assured safety with ADT! 11/5/2010

ADT is the best company when it comes to security. They have a lifetime warranty on all equipment, 36 hour service call response time (try getting those other companies to do that) world class service!! what do you expect? ADT is securing the White house, The Pentagon, and Fort Knox!! Everyone i have talk to that has ADT (about 100 people) has the same feeling about this great company. remember, people only like to talk when they have a bad experience, very seldom do people share their good ones. Thats the only reason these other reviews are bad, not because ADT is a bad company by any means. more

The worst alarm company in US maybe in the world they just keep charging your account for ever even after u cancel the service with them.Very bad choice for business owners.Piece of advise don't sign up for automated payment this guys will take money out your account even few years later. ADT SECURITY *** PRETTY BAD...They will never send u cancellation notice SO u will never get your refund back ever especially when they take over American counter force they been surprising the costumers will all kind of ridiculous charges.Stay a way from this company.:-( more
