ADT has high quality security cameras. Mine was great and as I was watching the videos, I didn't get a hard time identifying who those people were. It was very clear. more

I can honestly say that the best all around home security system I?ve ever experienced is ADT?s. There are thousands of alarm companies out there but for me I still chose and live with ADT Alarms. more

Initially the system was not very good 11/8/2010

ADT is just like any other home security service. I signed up with this company a year back. Initially the system was not very good. We used to have many issues. And hence apart from the monthly bill, there was an additional payment for all these problems. more

I recently purchased a security/survelliance system and was very pleased. I decided that I would like to include a key fob for my alarm plus additional cameras. I called and set up an appointment with the sales rep and to my surprise he stood me up. I called the next day and set up a another appointement and I was stood up again. I was very dissapointed with this. I feel like after the company received the contract they didn't care about any additional concerns. more
