Try other alarm systems but not this one. They are only after your money. The sevice is just very low and bad people. Do not waste you money with ADT.

ADT security systems also have a back up battery pack that can and will power the system for days if for any reason the power is cut off. Theres no worries when you are away from your home with ADT no matter how long you stay away, because you can check on your home and its security system with a simple phone call directly to your system and it will tell you its status. more

lucky to have ADT in my place! 1/2/2012

I phoned around local installers but they could not match to price of the QuickConnect system from ADT. From booking to installation was four working days and installation took around 4 hours by ADT installers. Nice wireless keypad to control the alarm from anywhere in the house. The monitoring and servicing are included in the monthly price. more

Always good service and when there are some faults, they see to it that they get to fix it on time. This company is different from other security systems. I am glad I have ADT. more

ADT covered all emergencies 9/24/2011

Fire alarms, burglaries, and robberies are all covered in ADT security systems. Their detectors and sensors are very sensitive so crimes and emergencies are prevented from creating more havoc and damage to the property. more

fantastic meeting 8/25/2011

From the first meeting with ADT the service has been fantastic! I had several questions and the guy who met us was very patient. He was full of great tips and suggestions. He cleaned up after himself was took the time to explain how to use the home security alarm. He showed us short cuts and was very helpful. more

my ADT-200A 8/23/2011

Finally I received my ADT-200A and so far the first tests were very positive. I was able to compare on my Optibeams with my K3, FT-1000D and IC-7800. In my opinion the ADT-200A plays in the same class. And the modulation reports, which I received, are all excellent and in no way inferior to the K3. It takes, however, some getting used to operating the ADT-200A in comparison to conventional machines but all buttons and keys are very clearly arranged so that navigation is easy. Handling the ADT-200A can almost be done intuitively. But only every day use will show whether the ADT-200A's quality is superior to my other transceivers. more

If you need security, you call ADT. They are the expert on this esp. on residental and commercial areas. Its been a century that this business runs and with that very long reputation, there is nothing I can ask for. more

My mother encouraged me to call ADT security and have 1 installed to my home. Definitely not regretting this and my money went to a good cause. I feel safe and I enjoy now whenever I am out of town! more

very thorough in explaining our alarm system 11/4/2010

Julio Duran, the technician assigned to install our alarm system was an absolute delight to work with. He arrived a few minutes before the scheduled appointment and worked in a timely and professional manner. He was very thorough in explaining our alarm system. I would highly recommend Julio and Top Safety Security Inc. on behalf of ADT alarm to anyone interested in installing a secruity system in their home or office. more

ADT is the worst! 11/3/2010

I am leaving ADT because they have cost in false alarms fees for the last time. The alarm went off I turned it off...but the police were still called...I called and asked them to turn back the police. They asked me for my code - I couldn't remember exactly and gave them my code - I knew it was either code100, 101, 102 etc...it had been 7 years...anyhow I gave them the right code. they then asked for the code AGAIN...I went through the same exercise and they said that wasn't good enough. THEY WOULD NOT CALL OFF THE POLICE. I end up with a 100 dollar fine and they will not reimburse me. Therefore they will lose the future stream of income ~500 dollars per year for the next 20-30 years. Not good business sense and horrible arrogant customer service. more

Since break-ins increased in my neighborhood I am very thankful that I have ADT. I've been using them now for 3 years, and I've never had a problem. more
