I have had ADT for many years and always get a fast response when the smoke detector goes off or if I change batteries in the sensors. We have pets and feel comfortable knowing that if a fire started, there would be an instant response. more

ADT responded fast to my e-mails and phone inquiries when I was inquiring about their security cameras, remaining both polite and professional. I recommend them to consumers with absolutely no reservations. more

If you look at the type of equipment compared to all the other alarm companys it's apple and oranges. ADT's service techs are 24hrs which really helps when I need someone on a Sunday, I would never get that from another alarm company. more

ADT is simply the best 5/13/2012

I talked to a friend earlier this week and I am so glad to know that she had called ADT for the installation of her home security. She said their neighborhood is safe but she does not know when these bad people break in. So she decided to get ADT simply because they are best. more
