I chose ADT only 12/30/2012

I read a lot of reviews and considered ADT and another company. I chose ADT and the experience has been tremendous. Interactions with all representatives from the company including the sales person and technician have been friendly. I also like the light comes on each month to remind us to test the system. The monthly testing is not just talk. They proactively want us to test their system. more

I signed with ADT 10/28/2012

I signed an agreement for the plan, and the next day a technician arrived and installed the alarm. He then made sure I understood how to arm and disarm the system. I was also given easy to follow step-by-step instructions and a video. They do want to make sure you understand the system. They want to avoid 'false' alarms, and you are only allowed three a year, before they won't monitor you anymore. Seems false alarms cost money and police time. more

Still not convinced with the effectiveness and services of ADT? Hmm,, its is not a problem now because ADT speaks for its self. Call them and ask what they can give you. You might get surprised what they can offer! Unlike other companies, ADT offer affordable upgrades for three point protection, high siren, and infrared interion motion detector. more

dont waste your money 10/13/2012

Immediately after the Installation the sales rep miscommunicated the contract details. The company told me that there is no Contract as such but the rep told me that I am under a 3 year contract.. The service is just very low and bad people. Do not waste you money with ADT. more

call them now 9/29/2012

I have had ADT since August 2003 and love them! They call immediately when the alarm goes off. They are very responsive. They come out quickly to change batteries. I have never had any problems with them. Just wish they were a little less expensive. more

Recommended for all businessmen 9/23/2012

I want to recommend this to all businessmen. ADT is fucntional and cost-effective, unlike other security companies that expensive and inefficient. More and more people are using ADT because of its great and one of a kind services and offers. Call them now before its too late. Very affordable I like their technicians because they are very knowledgeable on the system and they explain it simply. more
