My family just moved in to our new home and we contacted ADT to transfer our home security system to our new house. We had it for free because of their “Mover’s Security Guarantee”. We’ve been with ADT for 3 years and that’s why we had it for free. They even transferred our security cameras and all, connected everything… I mean everything was transferred! more

I live on my own in a small house and I don’t know who my neighbors are. Just to feel safe, I searched the internet and learned about ADT Security. I called them up and inquired about the product (Home Security system). The installer came as scheduled and it was okay. I am now, learning about the new ADT Pulse where I can use my laptop or cellphone. All in all ADT is good. more

Had to replace my door. Needed ADT to send a technician to reinstall front door detector. Besides the rediculous price to do so they want you to work around their schedule and not the customer. This is not customer service. They need to start getting into the needs of their customer. I've never had an incident / breakin. If I do I now wonder how they will respond. more

My parents needed a security system for their house so I decided to go with ADT. I heard some good things about Alarm Force but the bottom line was that they didn't send police during an alarm. MHB Security, an ADT dealer, offered the most equipment compared to other dealers and they didn't try to sell me a system over the phone like some other dealers. I don't understand how these dealers can tell me what protection was needed in my parents' home without physically seeing the house and surroundings for themselves. I appreciated that a Manager from MHB Security was able to come to my parents' home and let us know what type of equipment would go in their house and what extra equipment they needed since their house backs into a forest. He also suggested a medical alert button for my mom since she is a heart patient. I was satisfied that in case if anything happened to my mom she would be able to get medical help right away. Thanks MHB Security for providing my parents with the optimal alarm system. more
