Extremely knowledgeable. Came out within an hour of my call, and quickly identified the problem to be a result of another heat and air company`s mistake. Advised me to require them to fix it and refused to charge me for the visit because he didn`t do the work. Do yourself a favor and call. more

Ed returned my call with 15 minutes of my service request. He was early for his appointment and told me he would not leave until it was fixed. He kept his promise! He did have to leave to go to the warehouse to get a part. He told me he would be back in about an hour (even factoring traffic) & it was an hour on the nose. He identified the problem, a clog in the pipes not allowing the cool air into the home. He fixed it & made sure the cool air came on. He then explained the bill (which was reasonable) & they answered some maintenance questions for me. That being said, Ed as great & I will definitely do business w/ AC Services, Heating & Air Conditioning again. more
