These guys are great! Hey squeezed me I have for a late evening oil change. They reasonable quoted a couple of minor repairs. They were also very friendly. I will definitely come back. more

tire repair 12/13/2011

I had a leaking tire, stopped at Midas to get it checked. Sure enough it had a nai in it. Midas fixed it promptly at a fair price.Would use this shop again. more

Thanks for supporting Virginia Blood Services by providing free oil change after customer donates there. Thanks for including free systems check; however report noted different model vehicle, and added too much oil. Thanks for quickly correcting errors. more

oil change 12/6/2011

My car was way overdue for a oil change. Midas scheduled me the same day I called plus they offered me a coupon buy one get the next one free. I was very impressed. The receipt showed everything that was done plus an estimate of things that needed done soon. Thank you Midas I will be back!!! more

Life savers 12/1/2011

I had forgotten about inspection on my car until the next to the last day and of course got off from work a little later than usual. Pulled into Midas to see if they could inspect my car and they did. The wait was short, they were friendly, professional and did not try to make me do unnecessary work. I will definitely go back. more

EVERY Midas man at the 10160 Hull Street Road shop is the BEST ... Brook, Scotty, and every, and i mean every mechanic and employee of this shop is the BEST! i've been bringing all my vehicles here for years and years, and because of their excellent, excellent care and work and support, each one of my trucks runs better than new! Make sure, please, that everyone at the Hull Street shop read these words and know that i thank them all for their superb service and care ! more

Everything done right and ready when promised 11/15/2011

Would have rated a five star except for the $29.34 charge for shop supplies that I thought was extremely excessive when you consider that all I had done was rear brakes. I have always felt that shop supply charges are a rip off but this amount brings the issue at Midas to the extreme rip off category. That being said, I was very pleased with the quality of the work that was done. more

Transmission Honesty 11/2/2011

On a recent oil change visit, I was told of a leaking transmission seal. When I spoke with the transmission specialist, he thoroughly inspected the situation and advised that he would refer me to a reliable transmission shop since he specialised in US vehicles and I drove a Toyota. The Midas shops of Richmond are bringing honesty back to the auto repair business. How reassuring in a time when there are so many scammers in the world. more
