To anyone that goes to the mall cookie cutter jewelry stores, shame on you. Going to AAA is not only supporting local, but ALL the people that work there are super nice, helpful, and don't hound you like the vultures in the other places. My wife and I were treated very well and got a super deal on an absolutely stunning ring. I get compliments all day long. I am a 100% satisfied customer who will return time and time again. I would be glad to give Triple A a 5 star rating but I haven't done enough business with them yet. My sweetheart deserves the very best and I believe we have found the store to deliver. I have been very pleased with how we have been taken care of. Pricing has been VERY competitive and the service, so far, has been outstanding. I almost missed out on a sweet deal and appreciate Terry's effort to keep us in the loop. I also bought a citizen watch and have had the crystal replaced before. Terry called to let me know that the crystal is in and asked when I could bring the watch down to get the crystal installed. I bought my wife a citizen watch for Christmas. Costco had the same watch and we got a better price then Costco. We like these guys and would easily recommend anyone to them. I'm sure that Triple A hasn't seen the last of us. I went to AAA Jewelers to get an engagement ring and my watch repaired I was astounded by how great the customer service was. Right when I stepped in the door someone ran up to me to help me. There prices are impeccable and my ring was exquisite, I could not believe what I got for my money. The watch repair was fast and if you need jewelry you need to make AAA your first option. more

After ordering on the internet a very nice color changing garnet for my engagement ring, I was dismayed to find that it was too large to fit on the largest of the standard ring settings. I then ordered a custom setting at a different jewelry store, where I was told that that it would take a few weeks and cost over $1000. I ordered the parts, but I went shopping at the other stores in the area. At AAA, I found a beautiful setting, in stock, which would fit my stone. Whew. AAA?s setting was elegant, containing embedding diamonds, and at a cheaper price than the plain setting I had been planning. They offered me a discount if I would by that day, and offered several other services at no charge which I would have been very willing to pay for. I called them later that day and offered to pay extra if they would move up the delivery in time for my planned engagement dinner. They agreed. Again, no charge. The finished ring was elegant, just 30 minutes before dinner. After accepting the ring, my bride to be spent 15 minutes just looking at it. I later realized that I would need an appraisal for insurance purposes. Again, no charge. (It typically costs over $30). How do things get any better? In closing I would like to say a few words about the negative reviews ... A mother who expects to get a loan without paying any interest? You have got to be kidding. As to her irate son, where was he when she needed the money? Why didn?t he pay the interest? As to the grandpa who cleaned out his savings account before dieing ... isn?t this standard procedure? Most terminally ill people I have known will empty their bank accounts and safety deposit boxes BEFORE the funeral so the money goes to where they want it instead of inheritance taxes and avaricious relatives. I imagine that Mike and Angelo have both a videotape and a signed receipt, otherwise the police wudda been involved. It would be interesting to see how the rest of the family weighs in on this, but maybe not. This whiney butt review is a blemish on all of them.
