Rudest people I have ever dealt with in my life! They promised my vehicle back by 1pm and I called (at 1:50pm) and was told I was slowing them down by calling and I could come get my car if I wanted without being done. NEVER GO HERE!!!! more

Been using A1 for years. Always great service when I need something done in a timely manner. Used them at my business, home and auto. They know what they're doing and prices are good. Highly Recommend! more

BAD service and overall bad value. Brian was just awful and never respected me for one moment. I can't believe I actually paid for the work, but by the time he had finished everything I just wanted to get him the HELL out of there!!!! I'm truly UNSATISFIED and would like everyone to know that they should NEVER use a-1 lock and safe!!!! more

Shady Character 8/19/2009

A guy named Mark made us wait hours to unlock my wifes car. He damaged the passenger side door, was rude, his personal appearance was offensive, (don't think he took a shower for at least a week) and had the worst attitude. My wife said that he appeared to have issues with women. He gave my wife the runaround when she wanted to pay by credit card. He insisted on cash payment. He was relentless. My wife had to ask him repeatedly for a receipt. Stay away from this guy!!!! Pros: No pros Cons: Worst service ever more

Great Service 4/25/2009

I was locked out of an exotic car and I had 4 different locksmiths "try their hand" at opening my car. One of them scratched the trim by my window. (I got him to pay for it already). Pros: Fast Service and Quick Response Cons: None more
