BAD service and overall bad value. Brian was just awful and never respected me for one moment. I can't believe I actually paid for the work, but by the time he had finished everything I just wanted to get him the HELL out of there!!!! I'm truly UNSATISFIED and would like everyone to know that they should NEVER use a-1 lock and safe!!!!
