I emailed A-1 and received an email response right back. They came out the very next day. Jeremy was great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I will be a returning customer and I will recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you for the excellent customer service. more

Not sure how there are ALL great reviews on here? Maybe new management now? Worst experience of my life. Avoid this company. Look at Yelp reviews, that paints a more clear picture of what this company is really about. more

Fantastic job! 2/16/2013

Justin came out to clean my chimney, which I have never had done before. He called me about 20 minutes ahead of time to let me know when he would be there. He was extremely polite and thorough. I would definitely recommend them! more

Very professional and clean 1/22/2013

We had "issues" the first time A-1 came out to fix our open fireplace. We had the masonary cement replaced in our firebox. The serviceman did not properly prepare the surrounding area (my living room) for the job. The next year when A-1 called, after talking with a supervisor about my first experience, we decided to try A-1 again. WOW! The professionalism had improved. The serviceman had to return for a follow-up job. He was punctual, and finshed the job right on time. He gave us some helpful advice in maintaining our fireplace so we can maintain its safety between A-1 visits. We will use A-1 in the future and have recommended their service to others. more

They have cleaned our chimney a number of times, and always do a fine job. They even do more than asked at times, such as reinstalling the insulation ring in our wood stove, without any charge. more

Fabulous Service 1/16/2013

Allan has been my service guy for the past couple of years. He is an expert and a joy to work with. A-1 has done service on my chimney and dryer vent. I have handed out company cards to my friends and neighbors. So refreshing to work with a company that gives exceptional service. more

I can't say enough good things about what a great job the folks at A1 Chimney Services do. Gutter cleaning, chimney cleaning, pressure washing and tree trimming are all services they offer and do the best, most complete job. They even do an excellent clean up after all the leaves were cleaned out of our gutters, which was no easy task! Great job A1 Chimney folks! more

Our service technician, Steve, was very knowledgeable and explaining everything he was going to do and recommendations for in the future. We were thinking about getting our gutters cleaned and he told us to wait. That doing it now would be a waste of money since they weren't that bad. So very helpful :) more
