I work 3-11 I drop my two children off at 2pm. It seems like every time I get there the director always has something to tell me and holds me for about 10 to 15 minutes. Well yesterday was the day my children got kicked out of this poor excuse of a childcare center/ I dropped my children off at 2:05pm I'm already behind on my schedule of making it to work and the director decided that my children didn't have their shot records and I gave her what the doctor prints out (the world is tech now) she says that's not good enough she needs it on the centers physical paper I tell her I don't have time for this and to give me the paper and she really started to argue with me telling me to make time. I have to be at work you are already at work is what I told her. If you need any information from me write a note give me a phone but do not wait until I get there to drop my children off because I have to be at work to get something straight. Every daycare that my children have been to accepted the shot record that the doctor prints out so the director told me that she does not like my attitude and my children last day was Friday, here it is Wednesday. not Friday coming but the one that just pass. This daycare is unorganized and has not people skills and has not respect for single working mothers that have to be a work on time. This daycare doesn't know how to properly conduct business and has a poor level of understanding other peoples lives as far as their work schedule. I rate the customer service -10 and the quality of care for my children were great from one person I don't know her name but she works at night until 12am when i arrive she is a white lady and she always have my children sleep whereas the other young girl kept all the lights on and my daughter and 5months old son was up playing. If i was to miss anything I would miss that one lady at night. THEY ARE MAKING ME RATE THIS SO I HAVE TO GIVE IT A ONE STAR IF IT WAS UP TO ME I WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE A STAR. I WISH THEY HAD NEGATIVE STARS....
