My car was stolen and recovered by A Tow. After 10 months I didn't expect my car to even have tires! The car didn't have a key to move it and tow it properly without screwing up the wheels etc., but it was treated so well and handled so gently that my car not only was unlocked for me but also was safe. The people that work there are so friendly that i wanted to invite them out for cocktails! It was easy to get my car out and towed back to Roswell. I love A Tow for making my life sooooo much easier!!! Thank you!!!! And no, they didn't pay me to say this. more

What ever you do in Atlanta make sure you don't get towed. The no parking signs are covered with trees and they don't put signs at the beginning of the blocks. The Atlanta Police use A Tow for the company to tow your vehicle and this is not the company you want to use. When I picked up my car on 7/12/12 I noticed the hood was open and that there was a strange scratch with a odd dent on the hood of my car. I had the gentleman that was with me take pictures of it in the lot before I touched the vehicle. The guy that is at the release gate was very sympathetic and told me to get a claim form. I also received some sympathy from the lady that gave me the claim form. The dent and scratches on my car was caused by a swinging object such as the straps that hang off the back of a tow truck. Even left some of the plastic substance behind. more

I recently got my car towed from Smyrna. I was NOT at fault, at all. I have a parking sticker, and I live there - giving me full permission to keep my car there. My homeowners association decided to get my car towed at 2:30AM. They do this when you don't pay the homeowners association, but they claim (earlier this year) that they will NOT be towing anymore. On top of that, they are not allowed to tow without giving me notice. I never received notice and I PAY my association fee. Moving on.... I heard the tow truck outside my window (it faces the parking lot), so I looked out of my blinds and noticed that my car was being dragged out of the parking lot. Let me mention, my car is a MANUAL, which was in gear AND the parking break was engaged. And, my doors were locked. Tow companies are not allowed to go inside your car, even if its unlocked. He attached my car and dragged the 2 front wheels onto the flatbed (scrubbing the rear tires along the way). He did not put a dolly on the rear tires or anything. He literally just DRAGGED my car. I witnessed him doing this, as by this point, I walked downstairs and was in the parking lot. When he saw me, he ran to the truck and drove off very quickly. Along with dragging the tires (with the ebrake engaged), my car has custom suspension and is much lower than how this car comes stock. Meaning, while dragging my car, he was dragging my rear bumper. I immediately called the place, as the tow was in route, and told them was I JUST witnessed. They put me on hold, and then lied to me directly, saying ""He informed us that the rear wheels were on dollies."" .......THEY WERE NOT! I WITNESSED THE ENTIRE THING. BOTTOM LINE? These people are low-lifes. Liars. And, the woman answering the phone sound like they're crackheads. They are extremely rude. more

BEWARE OF THESE LOW LIFE SCUM SUCKING CROOKS! They towed my car and damaged the suspension and dented the body and srcatched the fender. I filled out a claim form and submitted it, and after ""an internal review"" they determined they were not at fault!! They would not give me their insurance carrier's name nor would they provide me with details of their ""investigation""!!!!! SCUM SUCKING CROOKS!! I have had to contact an attorney and am now going to sue these miserable bastard crooks to get my car repaired. I hope they all rot in hell because they are thieves., losers and whores! Stan up for your rights and sue these miserable bastards and put them out of business!! more

I went to A tow on Wednesday to get a tire replaced. As the driver was lowering the car, the hook caught my tire and blew it. The driver was very apologetic and helpful with all the information I would need to get the tire replaced. He put the spare on for me and even helped steer the car in the repairman's bay for me ( I couldn't steer it not being running). When I went to see Sherita at A Tow a couple days later, she was very, very courteous, professional, and down right nice. I gotta tell you it was an unexpected, pleasant experience. Thanks A Tow, I will definately keep your card. more

HE MOVED MY CAR 3BLOCKS UP THREE STREET , BUT ON THE TICKET IS SAYS 3MILES. -MY TICKET CAME OUT TO 80$ WHEN I NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR THIS SERVICE...! more

Avoid A Tow like the plague. They are a bunch of lying, cheating, swindling scumbags. They are crooks in every sense of the word. Our car was struck downtown in a hit and run incident. The APD called A Tow (shame on the City of Atlanta and the APD for working with those crooks). The driver was VERY nice, and explained the charges and how much it would cost to get our car to the collision garage of our choice. We asked multiple times and were given the same answer about the cost. After the car was delivered to the garage they payment charges was nearly double what it should have been. When I called for clarification I was met with a rude, ignorant, unconcerned customer service rep. I was given the runaround, made to hold and never got straight answers. I called back later to talk to a ?manager? who then explained all the additional charges (charges that were NOT mentioned by the driver)? a huge list of ?add on? BS. I told her the driver never mentioned that and we felt mislead and lied to. She told me she would have the director of the drivers call me ? which they never did. Again, avoid A Tow and if the APD say they are going to call them for you, tell them to move on to the next name on their list (if there is one) or call someone yourself. A Tow are crooks and liars and con artists. more

They have the worst customer service possilbe. They are liars and crooks. I could be stranded in a snowstorm and need a tow and I would not call them and if they happen to come because the police called them I will wait until another tow company comes along; and if one can't come I will push the vehicle myself or leave where it stands before I ever deal with these dishonest, getto-fabulous Keisha and La-Teeka again. Who ever owns this company, if they value it, they should do some house cleaning. I am real patient and know people make mistakes, but these two co-horts need to realize that it's a business and should act accordingly. They may feel good about the attitude the portray ovr the phone, but I would not be surprised if one day I hear on th news that an irate customer went down there and kicked their non-professional, lying behinds. I called and spoke with Kiesha and asked her what the charge was on the vehicle. She told me $150. I asked her how much would it be for any additional days. She responded $15.00 per day. I said thank and she hangs up. The next day less than 12 hours later the charge is $235; and of course no-one would own up to a mistake being made. I spoke to the manger La-teeka or something or another and she was just as rude. PLEASE, I IMPLORE ANYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY;YOUWILL REGRET NOT LISTENING --IT WILL BE THE WORST OF WORST EXPERIENCES IN YOUR LIFE. I first thought ok, our car is towed, no problem, we made a mistake, we did not see the Towing Signs that were posted on the other side of the building. We can just get our friend that we rode to The Circus with, to take my four children and I to get my car! Wrong!! The Lady there told me I needed my vin # and Drivers Licenses as posted in the Run Down office. I give her an insurance card with my name and Vin #, tag # on the car!Oh no, they can not except that they needed a current tag??? WTF! Im from Conyers,then she asked me for my title? The absolute worst service I have ever experinced. I cannot decide whether which is worse, the empty sarcasm, low class attitudes, dirty environment, and disgusting people that work there. I spent almost 3 hours in that ""s"" hole- and was in the end, UNABLE to get in any contact with the manager Ms Bell. The two females who were working were rude, sarcastic, and snacked on candy while pissing off every customer that was there. Unbelievable. Maybe due to the policy, they added ""rules"" one after another after something was done. It was like they wanted to keep my car!!
