I had this character come to my house and clean some rooms, then charged me for padding and carpeting which I did not need and canceled the order. He stated that he would refund my money; over $200.00. This SOB has dodged me and given me every excuse in the book and now he disconnected both his business lines. This guy is an African American male mid 30's about 5' 7" and goes by JR, his last name is Hogan. This guy is a straight up crook STAY AWAY and I pray I never run into this guy, I'd feel sorry for him!!!
