I am always greeted by a pleasant staff. I can generally expect a 15 to 20 minute wait even if I am early for my appointment. This is made up for however, because I never feel rushed while in the appointment itself. I feel I am listened to and heard by my doctor. I would recommend them based on my experiences with them, and multiple other doctors, whom I never felt as comfortable with. I feel I am more than just an everyday patient, I feel welcomed from the time I walk in the door to the time I leave. more

I switched over to a p psychiatric & counseling after my psychiatrist clare left her old office to transfer. So far I have loved it. On my first visit the main Dr. met with me after my usual 5/10 minute discussion with Clare on how my medicine is working, and also shared concerns with me about certain lifestyle choices and other things. I was suprised to have her talking to me. I had no idea that she would even look over my file. It was very nice to see how they all care and want to help every person. They are not selfish doctors and will work with you in every way possible. If you are going to check it out for antidepressants or any other anti-psycotic / mental wellness pill or medicine i highly suggest asking for Clare Benjamin I have been seeing her for 6 years and have never known her to be fake or bs me. She will tell you the truth and perscribe you the perfect dose of the most helpful thing more

I had an appt setup for 1.5 weeks and they did not call for authorization for my bariatric mental eval. Then they didn't inform me the therapist was going on vacation for over a week. Then the therapist didn't tell them which test I could take while she was out. No communication with the office staff and therapist!!!!\r \r Stay on top of them when it comes to paperwork.
