I went this company for a laptop repair. My Sony Vaio kept on crashing and didn't know what to do. They fixed it in like an hour an a half and I am very happy with the outcome. No problem occurred anymore after the repair. Great! more

I am an extremely satisfied customer of A+ Computers since October 2003. Recently I wanted to by a new computer, however Don updated everything on mine, so now I don't have to. Don maintains and refreshes it for me. He's only a phone call away! more

I wanted to warn others. 10/30/2010

Be careful with this place. I live close to the store and have been in there several times. I've been screwed badly the last two times I've brought computers there for repair. They installed a new hard drive into my desktop and it lasted less than a year before it crashed again. They wanted to charge me for another hard drive until I was able to produce the receipt for the previous repair. They gave me an estimate to repair a laptop, then fixed it and charged me 80 dollars more than the estimate. I think they realize most people don't know what a computer repair should cost, and they'll charge you whatever they think they can get you to pay. I don't often write reviews, but this place has made me so angry I wanted to warn others. more

Very happy with level of service 10/26/2010

Windows Vista PC was not booting. Engineer turned up within an hour, and sorted problem in about 45 minutes. Price paid J20, much cheaper than PC World in Llandudno. Very happy with level of service received and would use A-Plus IT again. more
