717 parking will not take responsibility for your lost and damage car.. my car was broken into and they smashed my window in 717 valet care. ..they stolen everything in the car...

i used them for a private party i held and their service was fantastic!!! all my guests were so impressed! def going to use them again. i also didnt know they did a lot of the valet parking downtown. i recently went to Champ's at Riverside Marriot and i dropped my wallet getting outta the car and didnt realize it. our valet attendant chased me into the restaurant to give it back to me. really made my day. great company!? more

GREAT JOB! 8/25/2010

717 Parking is great! My son works for them, and he loves his job. He was recently promoted to a on-site manager position. I found out from him that the company does private events. I recently was re-married and had them host our valet and hospitality services. They were fantastic! I had the valet attendants leave little party favors on the seat of each vehicle. They did a great job. more

car broken in to...they are a scam..no insurance 5/29/2009

717 parking will not take responsibility for your lost and damage car.. my car was broken into and they smashed my window in 717 valet care. ..they stolen everything in the car my laptop and cash.message was never response to and they say that my car was vandalize not broken into..management is a joke! they are a scam. company lie ...your car is broken into and lost everything under there valet service care. and they are not responsible.i talked to them and they say they do not have any insurance to claim..they do not have insurance...what a joke Pros: they will not pay for damaged Cons: they will ignore you more

HIGHLY INCONVENIENT 5/19/2008

I never even got to use them. I work in dowtown Tampa and live in Hyde Park. I wanted to use one of thier monthly lots, but they do not give price information on the phone therefore you have to go to their office on Florida to get this information, also to pay. HIGHLY INCONVENIENT. more

Poor safety, and fast drivers 10/27/2007

My experience with 717 was when I was struck by one of their valet drivers at Bahama resulting in a broken leg. They took no responsibility in what happened, and claimed the driver didnt work for them....of course later, he did...then it bacame my fault according to their mgmt (SPENCER). \r \r Anyway, my opinion is, you need to be careful with this company, whether you are a restaurant, or a patron.... They are only there to make money, not watch for patrons of the establishments my cater to. Cons: they run over patrons and place the blame on them.. more
