This place is great for the lunch crowd to get dental work done. Yeah, the front desk is sometimes a bitch but the dentist is AWESOME! My appt was at 9am, was seen at 9:20am. Root canal done. 2 years later my root canal is still perfect. more

Does anyone know the name of the hygenist at this awful place I want to report her to the board of dentistry she is rude and unprofessional. I want to give a zero score and can't this place sucks more

I was not very pleased with the care i received. They were rushing me, having me wait, and being rude. more

AVOID if possible. I had the worst (most PAINFUL) cleaning of my life. The receptionist was beyond rude. The blond is a nasty bitch and deserves to get fired. Sorry it's such a chore to get you to look up from your phone. I saw the doctor for 30 sec. I don't even think he looked at my x-rays. Beware!!!! more

I took my son and waited for over and hour and he still had not gotten seen. I asked the recp. why it was taking so long and she really didn't say only that there were still 4 ahead of my son. When it got to an hour and a half wait and the same 4 people were ahead of me I asked one lady how long she had been there and she told me 3 hours, and there was still one person in front of her. At that rate my son was not going to be seen for at least another 2 hours!!! I was not going to wait 4 hours for a yearly check up, so I picked up and left!!! It you need a place to sit and read a book this office is for you, but if you are coming to see a dentist you should not waste your time!!! more

The dentist spent less than 2 minutes in the room with me. He didn't answer any of my questions and hardly looked at my teeth at all. Not only that, but I was told I had to make a separate appointment for my cleaning! I know my insurance isn't the greatest, but I'm a grad student. I suspect Medicaid fraud... or something fishy. Something isn't right with this office. more

The receptionist is annoying, rude, and unpleasant, makes me wonder how is she still there, must be she's related to someone or something. It is horrible, first at talking to her rude a**, and making her more annoyed when I ask her a million and one questions, like If I shouldn't care? I have to ask..I was asking how all the dentists always leave? I have been there 3 times and all 3 times I have had 3 different dentists, since they all don't work there anymore? more

I experienced what the few of you have experienced. It was a long wait and the staff was unprofessional and rude. It was such a long wait I couldn't even have my full appointment. I asked the receptionist for the Doctor's email or voicemail and she did not give it to me. She wanted to forward the message herself. Needless to say I researched the Dentist and his cell number happened to come up. I gave him a call and complained. He got right back to me and when I showed up for part 2 of my appointment, the staff greeted me right away and I didn't even have to wait. They even gave me the cleaning that they said I couldn't schedule until next month. The dentist followed up with me to inquire how my visit went and I let him know it was a great turnaround. He is a nice man. So, I will go back. more

The receptionists here are rude and have no respect for your time. I have attempted to have my teeth cleaned three times at this place. The first time they called and cancelled my appointment the day before I was supposed to go. The second time they made me wait for an hour and half and then would not take me! The last time I showed up only to have them tell me that the hygenist had gone home and I would therefore have to reschedule, for a fourth time! I have never been so poorly treated by anyone. Do not go here. more

Going to the dentist is not fun, and it didn’t help that this place made it even more unpleasant. I picked this place out of my insurance guide and figured it would be fine. Unfortunately, it was not. First, I went there on the day of my appointment and the unfriendly receptionist told me that she had me down for another day. I know I had written the correct day but someone on their end wasn’t too bright. When I came back on my appointment day, I had to wait for over an hour. The dentist and assistant who did my cleaning were very cold and unsociable, and not very gentle! I told the dentist that my teeth are very sensitive and sometimes hurt when I brush my teeth. All he told me was to floss more. more
