Good Service 8/18/2014

2 "J goes the extra mile. Each time after work was performed, Janice called to see if their work was satisfactory. This always impressed me more the actual work. Wow. Who does that anymore. 2001 dodge ram 1500 5.9 liter 8/17/2014

Transmission won't shift into second unless I let off the gas and also don't work every time ii try this. But truck also has been sitting for six months any suggestions??? They do a good job 8/7/2014

I've been with 2J's Automotive for about 8 months. They've rebuilt my rear differential on a pickup truck, and they've also done work on the AC for my minivan. I like that they're quick. There's no wait to get my vehicle into the shop to get looked at and worked on. They do a good job and I'd be willing to go back if I need more work done. more

why my automatic wont shift when in second 7/13/2014

I have a 98 caviler ..its a 3speed automatic and when in 2nd and u come on the throttle...the rpms go up to 6000 on tack and engine starts cutting out cause it wont shift....fluids good..kick down cables good....new filter in tranny...new fluids....can anyone tell me whats the issue....e mail me ur answers at... joe-alex-hindu@hotmail.com. ty more

They go above and beyond 7/3/2014

The first time we brought our car in to 2J's Automotive was 3 years ago for a diagnostic problem. They bent over backwards and did everything they could to repair it. Recently we had an issue with the shocks, and they replaced them a couple of times for us. The first couple still had a leaking issue, and they went beyond what was required to get it right. They were super friendly and I'd recommend them. more

Good customer service! 4/2/2014

I used 2J's Automotive for the first time when my wife's truck broke down. I was able to drive to their store, and they gave me a ride to and from my home to help me out. In two hours they fixed the truck, and everything's been fine since! more

Better than average 2/13/2014

2J's Automotive rebuilt the transmission and it took a week longer than it was supposed to but they did everything they said they would. The customer service overall was better than average. more

I liked 2J's Automotive's website and 24-hour service phone. The website was what made me choose them. With the phone system, they were able to inform me that they could take care of me the very next morning. I brought my truck in, and it was done before they said it would be. more

Honest, straightforward people. 9/3/2013

I had my vehicle taken to 2J's Automotive under the impression that I needed a new transmission. However, it ended up just being a shifter cable. Their honesty saved me a couple thousand dollars because I would have not known the difference between a new transmission and a new shifter cable. I didn't actually interact with anybody in person because I had my vehicle towed there and then picked it up after hours, but they struck me as a very honest business. more

I came in with normal expectations, but they went above that. 8/13/2013

I had some issues with my car idling. I knew it was a couple different things and after talking it to the guy at 2J's Automotive's shop we both came to the same conclusion. Basically, he told me, "Why don't you go ahead and leave it here for the night and I'll take a look at it first thing in the morning and I'll give you a call once I've diagnosed the problem and we'll go from there." I did just that and he was able to figure out what the issue was and had it fixed pretty quickly. The price was really good as well and I was happy with the work and the service and the price altogether. I would say to give them a try and hear what they have to say. more

Honest, Customer friendly and very nice experience overall 6/13/2013

I stopped by the shop after visiting two other shops in the same neighborhood. Found Jay, one of the owners. Our first connection was just wonderful and i felt like he cared. That alone was impressive to me because at the other two shops, I felt just like a number to them. They did the diagnostic of my check engine for free just like advertized. The other shops asked me for $80. The next day I brought my second car and the experience was just great! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM. You won't be disappointed. more

Every time that I have had the opportunity to go there, they always got me in right away and the work was done right. If there was anything extra that needed to be done they always called me. They understood they would be the ones taking care of the vehicles; I have two that they take care of, so we have kind of a partnership deal. If there is anything wrong they put me on to it and we get it fixed. more

Friendly, courteous, and experienced. 3/4/2013

I had an older vehicle with and automatic transmission. One of the bands went out and the car no longer reversed. My grandson was driving it to school and work so I took it to 2J's Automotive. It was good. They told me what it would take to repair it before they did anything. This was really important so they don't go over the cost estimate. I was very happy with their work. The car has been driving fine ever since. more
