In April of 2012 I was contacted by a salesperson that presented herself as a Google representative offering a web obtimising product from Google. I listened to the speal and told her that I could and had been doing basically the same thing on my own. She assured me that 29 Prime would be able to place me on mobile navigation maps,(they did not), that she could get me placed on area searches outside my immediate town (she did not), and that my listing would place higher in the Houston (next largest town) searches (it did not). The only thing that 29 Prime did was put inaccurate info into my already placed listings and photos that did not portray my business in a manner that I thought to be pleasing. I had them remove those efforts. \r \r During the conversation, the sales rep wanted to set me up on monthly installments. I told her absolutely not, I would pay one years fee and be done. Nothing was said about automatically billing me year after year. I was buying one years service period. On April 17, 2013, 29 Prime took a 2nd withdrawal from my account for another $995.00. I did not agree to this, did not ask for this, and object to their taking these funds as it amounts to theft by deception. 29 Prime, after calling them several times, hours on hold, emailing them, sending letters by USPS, told me that it was up to me to go into their website and explore the user agreements to find out that I would be on continuous billing, ad infinitum, for the rest of my life I presume. Except when one does go into the user agreement, it states that 29 Prime can and will change the agreement without notice at any time that it chooses.\r \r This company is basically set up to steal through repeat/forced billing, that is their real product. I have been victimized by them, and I will continue to fight through my bank, and through States Attorney General to have my funds restored to me. more

WAIT 100% Positive ??? .. For this kind of Cheap People , Bunch of Liars , I Bet these are employees faking as customers, Customers would proudly say their Business name and top keywords for which they are found on 1st page of Google or any other search engine I guess ?? .. Give it a thought more

Here is my tip for 29 Prime - take cancellations via email. The service didn't work and they made cancellation extremely difficult, charging for months after I emailed them to stop. Now, I'm finding there were more reviews online I wish I would have found before signing up. Do you research. more

Well, well...life can still have some surprises for you if you have an open mind and give things a chance. I sure wanted to explore the possibilities of online marketing for my business and then I came across 29 Prime. They offered and then I agreed. I paid good money for Local SEO services offered by 29 Prime and within a period of time...an extremely short period of time believe it or not, my business showed up on the front pages of Google. It literally went from #27 to #6!!! When I signed up the sales guy said that 29 Prime had the ability to boost my business ranking on Google Maps and even get it on the first page. He wasn't kidding, he wasn't blowing smoke up my behind, I'm sure he was trying to make a sale but we are all trying to make a living and he was very straightforward and clear about their services and guarantees. He said he couldn't guarantee phone calls but could guarantee that first page within 60 days or I don't pay. I've dealt with pushy sales guys before who just turned me off no matter how good the guarantee was but this guy just laid it out and allowed me to make the decision. Well, I just got off the phone with 29 Prime and feel like I got an entire course in google seo. The customer service representative there, Josh, spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining everything about the services that they offer, what they actually do, what they recommend, what they don’t recommend, why it’s important to find good keywords that can make my business stand out and how things work in general when someone types in a search. Information is so important and it’s the only way to have an advantage over the competition. Because of the knowledgeable rep at 29 Prime, I seriously feel like I am in a better position. I’m sure he has hundreds of clients to talk to and only so much time in the day but I’m grateful for the personalized service. \r \r They guaranteed that they would get me on the first page with 10 keywords in 60 days. It’s been about a month and I’m more than halfway there – doing well in 7. The other 3, Josh worked with me, asked me what other specialized services and products that we offered and made some suggestions with that. I was exceptionally pleased with what we both came up with and with the progress that has already been made. Whenever I need a status report, I send him an email and he responds within a day and sends me over a report which I am always satisfied with. Even when I go online myself and do the searches, the proof is right there. And better than that is the recent comments from customers that they found me online. If you are a business owner then you know the frustration of business slowing down because of the bad economy and trying to find ways to counter it and bring in new customers.
