I joined Citysearch - just to let people know they should be very careful if considering this company. My 19 year old daughters car was towed here, Her grandmother brought her to pick it up - They were rude, disrespectful, and charged her an extra $40 - because she needed to go around the corner to an ATM to pay with cash as they demanded. My poor mother was shaking when they returned, she was visibly upset by her experience. I'm disgusted!! As a small business owner myself I'm recommending the management at 1st Priority do a little research on customer service and maybe check out the Golden Rule! more

Be careful with this one 11/12/2011

Very poor experience with First Prioirty Towing. I broke down on Rt. 3, and these were the guys dispatched. That's where the horror began. To make a long story short, I was overcharged, disrespected, and eventually had to take my Nissan to the dealership to fix and undo the mess that these guys left behind. These guys also are known for publishing their own reviews on these review sites. Do your own due diligence and read between the lines. I saw all the ""glowing"" reviews on this site, and felt compelled to set the record straight, so others don't go through the ordeal I went through. more

Excellent work 10/3/2011

Courteous, honest, and reliable auto repair in Nashua 7/18/2011

I have been doing business with 1st Priority for almost 8 years. He has worked on multiple vehicles I have owned and I have never had a problem. His staff has also been helpful when having car trouble in the area. Courteous, honest and reliable. This is the best service I've ever received for any of my cars. I've owned Lexus, BMW, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, and all of them claim to have superior customer service. Best mechanics in Nashua! 2/3/2011

I've been taking my vehicles here for several years and I've always had good results and the rates are great. \r I've known a lot of mechanics and the guys at 1st Priority Towing and Automotive are very knowledgeable and they get the job done right. Very Honest Service 2/1/2011

I was not getting heat in my car from the heating system and the car tended to run hotter than normal. I brought my car to a chain store and I was told by the shop I needed a radiator, Flush and heater core replacement at a tune of $980.00. A friend of mine told me to try 1st Priority Auto. They took a look at my vehicle and found a defective lower radiator hose causing a fluid loss. Apparently its a weird multi outlet hose set-up which they were able to obtain. Long story short- they saved me $800.00 that I would of had to pay for at the other place. Needless to say I'm very pleased to save this kind of money. B.J Felps more
