Dr. Gibson is friendly and professional. The office is clean and updated. All his staff is amazing. Always going above and beyond. Very accommodating. Definitely a 5 star office!

The staff is very friendly and patient and will walk you through each step of the process with a friendly smile on their face! I like the availability of hours, services and especially all the payment options which afforded me the opportunity get straighten my teeth! They are amazing, I drive all the way from Castle Rock there for now my 2nd child due to the great service and family atmosphere! They are very professional and courteous, we will definitely recommend them to anyone needing braces! Thank you Dr. Gibson!! more

The incredible staff makes coming here a fabulous experience. The lobby is laid back with massage chairs or the waiting family members. There are also cold drinks or coffee. They run pretty true to their schedule. At the end of their appointments you will walk away with wax (if needed), rubberbands(if needed), tooth brushes, mouth washes, etc. and guideance to make your next visit better. They do NOT talk down to anyone, infact regardlessof the patients age they make sure the patient is comfortable and knows whats going on then they also talk with the family to ensure the follow through. They kknow what they are doing in order to produce fabulous results! more

Dr. Gibson and his staff are amazing! I am taking my second child to their office from Castle Rock because they are that concerned about my kids, I would recommend anyone no matter the distance go to Dr. Gibson for Ortho treatment ;) more

i was by far amazed by how friendly the staff was and how they interacted with my kids i felt as if i was not just a patient but i was a friend they have the out most respect and to top it off the massage chairs pop lotto game the hospitality was one of the best the prices are in my budget and i couldnt have picked a better ortho then Dr. Gibson at 1st Impressions its defiantly all about First Impressions here!! \r Beyond 5 stars here im freaking excited to see them again their like family =) more

I have been thinking about getting clear braces for quite some time, but have been extremely hesitant due to my age...but Dr. Gibson and his amazing staff made me feel 100% comfortable with the idea of being an adult with braces! I was also very excited when I learned that the entire process from start to finish was going to be much faster and less expensive than I had expected! I have never walked into an orthodontist's office and felt so welcome! Everyone in the office was smiling and energetic! I couldn't be happier with the overall experience!!! more

I visited 3 orthodontists in the area, and chose Dr. Gibson. He wants all his mounts to be board certified, and his prices are way lower than the others. The lotto game, massage chairs, and pop in the waiting room are also a plus :-) \r more

This place freakin rocks! I went to get my braces here at the beginning of 8th grade and i just recently got them off (sophomore now) and I must say, my teeth look great! The staff is incredibly friendly and will often make jokes with you and just generally make it a better experience, and the massage chairs in the waiting room along with a clean modern look just add to the experience. Dr. Gibson is a great doctor and i most definently trusted him with my teeth and he gave me the teeth that look great and made me feel great! Overall, i would definently recommend this office over any other, so if your looking into get braces for you or some one else, stop looking because 1st Impressions is the best your going to find! more

Dr. Gibson and staff are wonderful. I had trouble with TMJ and had lots of shifting teeth in my later years. Was referred to Dr. Gibson and could not have been happier. He applied clear brackets that were barely noticeable. The staff is timely and efficient. I have 3 kids who will no doubt be visiting Dr. Gibson in the near future. more
