Nathaniel Howard was our technician. He called 45 minutes early to say he was running ahead of schedule and could be here 30 minutes early. I told him to come on. He quickly determined the source of our problem and fixed it. He was very neat, cleaning the fireplace and glass very well. We are happy with the service provided. more

Kevin showed up slightly before the scheduled appointment and promptly called before his arrival. He was both professional and courteous as he fixed our gas fireplace problem. Not that we use a fireplace technician that often but when and if we need one again we won't hesitate to call upon the services of 1st Choice Chimney. more

Kevin was my technician and was very pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. He even called to let me know he was delayed with another job. He spent time with me to answer all my questions and concerns and gave me numerous tips on how to maintain my fireplace. His service was quick and tidy and he completed the job in a good amount of time. Price for my service was competitive and I feel like they are honest. I will definitely use 1st Choice again in the future. more
