while the building is aethically pleasing on the inside, the building management is very poor, inconsistant and inconsiderate. The management is untimely and rude to its lease holders. The a/c always has constant problems whether its set to freezing temperatures all day or they forget to put it on at all and its extremely hot in the building. It seems like we have to call management on almost a daily basis with these problems and they tend to avoid them and rarely fix them except on a time consuming day to day basis. The manager is both rude and does not care about his tenants. I would not tell anyone to ever rent from this place as a business, and while it is a pretty building on the inside its the upkeeping of it and the management that makes it so poor.\r
