I ran into THE EXACT same problem from the lady. It had been a while since I've gone to this range. The guy used to be pretty cool. I never had run into the lady until yesterday. WOW!!! I don't see how they have stayed open with that kind of non-customer service. I have hit at ranges all over the south and never have I felt so unwelcome. My wife doesn't play, but she enjoys trying to hit a few, so I let her use my clubs and shoot a some out of my bucket. The lady asked if I was going to teach her. I said that I'll give her a few pointers. She told me that they have a pro there and if I taught her that would be taking away from him. lol This is a "practice range". There were around 2, yes TWO other people. If the range had been any busier, I would have known better than to let my wife hit. Now I know why it wasn't as crowded as before. She is a very rude lady. We are using only one mat, so no loss revenue. Remember there are only THREE out of about 40 places being taken. Anyway the lady comes out (about 10 minutes after we started) to our mat and ask me if I'm going to hit any. I told her yes and she says that I can only spend a couple more minutes instructing my wife. I enjoy going to a range relaxing and not feeling pressured. This lady is not friendly in any sense. I will be sending a letter to them. They need to know in ink how bad they are acting. I think for every one comment here, you can multiply it 10 times. My wife and I were trying to decide if we had done something wrong. I'm glad I came across other comments from other sites that justify that it is the ranges problem with customers. I think I have found another range nearby. The previous Nazi remarks reminded me of the Seinfeld episode of the soup nazi. That should be their new tag line. Grayson Golf Center "No Golf For You"!!!
