Last week my new civic was scraped in the office parking lot and I was quiet upset. The scratches were small but visible so I took it to C&c for am estimate. and they gave me a 1500 dollar estimate which bummed me out even more. So I tried to touch it up myself but that didn't go too well. That's when I dropped by FCC for an estimate too and first off they were very courteous, helpful and professional. They recommended a touch up would be sufficient, even agreed to clean up the touch-up I did and professionally retouched up the car again, buffed it out and then washed it -- all complimentary. All this while waiting there for thirty minutes and now my car looks amazing again. I am really grateful to this place and really appreciate their service. I am a lifelong customer of this place from now on and recommend them to everybody.
