Businiess name:  Old Town Realty

Review content:
I was a little put off by some of the attitude that I received when recently looking for an apartment. When asked what I was looking for, I stated my preferences knowing that they were quite reasonable within the Ann Arbor market. What I got in response over the phone was attitude that I found to be unnecessary. I was told that the only thing I'd find in that price range were either efficiencies or a four leaf clover in my pocket. Given that I had lived in the area for a number of years (6 to be exact) I was very aware of what the market was, especially considering the fact that the market is slow and most people have already found housing. Considering I was in fact looking for efficiencies or something around that size I found the attitude to be unwarranted. Based upon this phone call I decided that not only was this realtor overpriced but not particularly courteous to potential clients. While maybe this person was just jesting, I found it unprofessional and inappropriate and it put me off while dealing with the stress of looking for an apartment. The experience definitely did not peak my interest in pursuing any dealings with this company.
