Review content:
Panzanella is a good Italian restaurant in Carr Mill Mall (an old mill building) in downtown Carrboro. The food (and vegetables especially) is fresh, and some of it is organic. They get some ingredients directly from farmers and from Weaver Street market. The atmosphere is great-- you are in a tall wooden mill building, and the service is pretty good. They recently started serving Sunday brunch as well as lunch and dinner.
