Let me start off by saying that this place does beautiful work so my gripe with them has nothing to with the quality of their stones. I do have a problem with their service. When my sister in law died we went to Fuller Monument to pick out a headstone. My father in law was quoted a price of a headstone by the woman who runs the store. My father in law went back later to order the headstone. The owners son was working then and told my father in law that the price quoted was way too low and his mother would never have given him that price. My father in law really wanted the stone so he bought it anyway.
It took nearly a year for this stone to be finished and mounted at the cemetary! So, not only is this place unprofessional but they are slow as well!
