Review content:
...okay office. I am not the only one to say this, the office staff make it difficult. We often refer to the "gatekeepers" and trying to get our children through them and into an appointment is often difficult. During the "sick" season it is hard to prove to them that your child is sick enough to be seen. This had bred in me an attitude that my children need to be very, very, very ill in order to call the doctor, not necessarily a good thing as there have been times that they have ended up really sick and would have benefitted from a sooner visit to the doctor.
