I went there today to get my bangs and hair trimmed, but ended up with the worst haircut of my life. The stylist Andrew cut random chunks of my bangs and hair short. It looks awful. I didn't ask him to do it either! He just gave me the ugliest hair cut I have ever had without asking. I part my hair to the side, as I told him, but he styled it so that I can't part it that way anymore. The worst part is these horrible uneven chunks and ridiculous bowl-cut bangs. I have done a better job standing over my bathroom sink with sewing scissors! All I wanted was a a basic trim.
I will never, ever go back there or tell anyone to use their salon.
