My husband kept asking to try El Jefe's when they first opened and it just never happened. Who would of known that I was missing out on such wonderful food. Call me crazy, but I am not a spicy Mexican food lover so El Jefe's is right up my taste bud alley. The cheese enchiladas were a pleasant surprise but may leave some disappointed. Their sauce is a tomato base so it is not spicy and not your typical kind. The avocado salsa is delicious and it does have that kick. The decor is great and who could forget the window glass waterfall -I guess you will have to visit to get the visual effect. The wait staff has been credit and now that this is my new favorite place we visit quite often. The margaritas are perfect and the glasses are so adorable.
