I was quoted a price on a product, when I returned to purchase the product the pricing was grossly erroneous! I was misquoted at first, but then told that they would do nothing concerning the huge price change! I wasted an hour of my time, plus gas to return back to the store. The manager didn't seem to be bothered, and was only willing to drop the price by 20% when I was quoted 700% higher than the original price! Michael's and Joannes are much more customer friendly when they make mistakes. Ben Franklin is more like "tough luck". I think I will stay with their competitors.
