Review content:
I entered the store on Ridge Rd.at about 12:30PM on Monday, April 16,2007. This was my first visit to this business. The store was not crowded but there were two other customers who were offered help instantly. Within five to ten minutes the store had no other customers but me, a Black female. I was not acknowledged at all. I had to stand in the middle of the store and say," May I please get some help?" One of the employees said in a very sarcastic tone, "Why of course, how can I help you?" I was then treated with some respect. The store did not have what I needed. I sincerely feel that had I not asked for help, the two employees would have continued to ignore me.This was clearly a case of racial discrimination and I'll never shop at Great Yarns Inc. again.
