Here's the truth: I'm a 18 year old high schooler who didn't want to go train with some old, unentertaining, snooze fest of a guy (or girl). So i was hesitant but Dave and I really hit it off. He's sarcastic, witty, knowledgeable, fit (because I hate trainers who aren't in shape/toned), etc. I trained at Physique for a month, twice a week, and within 2 weeks I saw results. Now I know that sounds like one of those weight loss program commercials but cliches are the best way to explain it. My problem area was and still is my hips and my legs. I'm not saying that now I'm perfect with no effort put into it because I'm forced to still do the workouts that he gave me now that I'm no longer in NY, but at least I have some direction now. he enlightened me on the right foods to consume in accompaniment with my exercise routine. I run cross country and play lacrosse but that cardio is just not enough. It is also because of Dave and Physique that I am now more aware of the high risk I am at in terms of tearing my ACL and am currently working to decrease that risk. Ultimately, LA Fitness just doesn't compare. So THANK YOU DAVE for everything and i know that you're just a phone call away if I need any support, encouragement, or tips. Sincerely, Heather Pros: versatile exercises that can easlily be transfered home Cons: There is only one of Dave :(
