My husband is required to wear a shirt and tie to work every day. Finding men's dress clothing is not always an easy task. Macy's Men's is one of the few men's clothing stores that carries the brands that he likes. That being said, they have the worst customer service! I have never once gone in to that store and been able to get help. A few days ago we went shopping and stood in the men's department for over 15 minutes while sales people meandered around us and not one person asked us if we needed any help. Finally I approached a sales clerk and asked her to find someone to assist us and then we still had to wait before someone came to answer our questions. Once someone does come to help you, they tend to be on the rude side. The only reason I shop at this store is because they have the brand names my husband needs. Otherwise I would recommend that you go somewhere else!
