Review content:
Joe's Place (formerly known as El Torreon) is quite yummy! Joe, the owner will greet you personally at the front door and will also stop by your table to ensure that everything meets your satisfaction. The restaurant is divided into three parts-the take out area, the dining in area and the bar. The waiters are very friendly and attentive. The food is AMAZING! I love the pechuga a la parilla (grilled chicken breast) as well both the sweet plantains and the green plantains.
