I had this company install a new high-efficiency furnace and Rinnai tankless water heater. The water heater has many idiosyncrasies that were NEVER mentioned, such as failure to work with my plumbing fixtures, ongoing maintenance on my part, and worst of all, incredibly long wait times to get hot water at the point of service -- we're talking 67 seconds to get hot water at a sink that used to take 20 seconds.
I was assured they would take care of my concerns, but they never took substantive action at all -- that turned out to be all talk. Ultimately, I was extremely disappointed in their service.
