I was referred to Nina, owner and my esthetician at the time, for facials probably 6-7 years ago. It was nice to have appointments with her because I witnessed her customer service skills, high expectations of her staff, her sense of humor and she is not a pushy saleswoman. Her products speak for themselves and I LOVE the candles. Nina gave the BEST facials. I value her and her skills!
Since she has taken more of an administrative focus, I now see Jane for facials. Jane is wonderful - her touch is soothing (like Nina), I can feel the care and concern she takes with my skin and I enjoy her quirky sense of humor!
Thanks Nina, Jane and everyone!!
