Businiess name:  Grand Central Bar
Review by:  Rachael S.
Review content:
Grand Central Bar had a rough time getting on its feet and finding its niche at the edge of ever-expanding Williamsburg, but it deserves another chance. The inside of the bar - lovingly rennovated by the owners, is gorgeous, with a dark wood bar and stools (with backs!), soothing dark blue walls and comfy sofas. There's a pool table, a good jukebox and a cute little stage up front. There's a garden out back, a blessing for those who still like to have a drink and a smoke together. Grand Central's real selling point is that it's a great place to host a party. The space is open enough that you can see your guests, but not so open that they get lost, there's plenty of seating and the drinks are cheap. There's the stage if you want to have a band (or hold a show, reading or performance there), and the owners are open to you decorating (within reason, and without damage). Drinks are cheap, all beers are $3, and the bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. So give a call and ask for Jesse, then print up the invitations - the address is at the top.
