Review content:
While you could buy a small part of Jacques Torres's chocolate creations at Chocolate Bar if you wanted to sample his full line you had to make the trek out to Brooklyn. Now he is here in Manhattan in a large state of the art facility. You can watch through glass as the beans are ground down into powder and the processed into chocolate. The candies and cookies are great and it's a fun place to be.
