Review content:
Aside from my favorite chinese restaurant Uptown China, I would rate Louie's as the #2 best in preparing Chinese food. Their hot & sour soup is delicious when you compare it to other places. The atmosphere is great too. Its very casual with low and dim lighting to set the mood. If you ever go to this restaurant, make sure that you try their prawns in black bean sauce. It is to die for.
