Review content:
We first called Blau when during a bitter cold snap, our furnace was just not working. Why did I pick Blau? Because there was a Blau service tag hanging on the pipe from the previous owner. Figuring they had been here before, I gave them a call. It was a risk I am happy that I took. The customer service people were thorough in taking down the details of the problem and setting up a time for us to get service and the technician arrived as scheduled...to find us huddled under an electric blanket!
As it turned out the problem was not with our furnace, but with Mother Nature, a bird had flown in there. But the Blau Dude had it cleaned up and the heat back on in no time flat and there were no surprise charges or pressure to buy other products. Next time we need to call in heating or plumbing people it will be Blau because we feel comfortable with them and their service!
