The salespeople at best buy are not out to keep you coming back to their store...
Why? Because they are on hourly wages which means they are not commissioned so they don't care to bend over backwards for the customer.
They don't care if they deceive you or mislead you. As soon as you give them the
money than they are happy. I have heard from so many people that the warranty service is null and void because they make you feel guilty when the appliance needs repair. I'll challenge you to call best buy and see how long it takes to talk
to an audible voice...not the robotic kind. You can't get through to a person...they
do not want to hear your Grief. How can your salesperson take care of you when
you can't even get through to one? For my appliances I rather go elsewhere, like
ABC Appliance Warehouse because they are the next best thing to wholesale!
