Sol Blumenthal loved to bake. He used only the finest ingredients and old world formulas to create breads of the highest quality. Broad Street Baking Company was created in 1998 by Sol's grandsons Dan and David Blumenthal along with their business partner Jeff Good, as a tribute to Sol's legacy. Broad Street produces everything from scratch, using only the freshest and finest ingredients available.
You have to try their delicious breads and pastries!!!
