Businiess name:  Loren B Vaccarezza

Review content:
Mr. Vaccarezza is quite friendly and presented himself well. He assured me he could handle my case...then after the retainer and fee agreement contract were signed we had a first Formal meeting and the excuses began. My previously simple case was suddenly more complicated so he needed more money. He would not return my calls and showed up late at a hearing. He couldn’t remember things I had told him - so I decided to write them down for him - but he still couldn’t remember. When we had hearings he couldn’t advocate for me. At least the forms he filled out were ok - so he can do para-legal work - but he can’t litigate or advocate which is what I needed. 3 months after I hired him I had to fire him and find a real lawyer. Now he practices out of the San Jose Flea Market on Berryessa - so I think he’s suited to litigate and enforce contracts against folks who don’t speak English as their first language and cant afford an attorney - I think he found his calling.
